Opened and used LED masks are not eligible for refund unless they are defective or have arrived damaged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unopened

Be returned with original factory plastic seal completely intact.

Be returned in its original Lunaura packaging with all included accessories, inserts, and manuals.

Include proof of purchase
